Craig and Trish from Texas came down to scope things out.The stress was really eating away searching for the right piece of paradise. Having a condo is nice to visit, careful could cost you if your rental program stinks, or you get re assessed ;and have to buy a new roof. Land is looking a little more investment savvy for their portfolio.Beachfront you don't need insurance or maintenance fees, just let it sit for now.Sell or build later . nice picture Craig
Its really nice when people come here and support our little island. You guys brought scissors and glue sticks and notebooks,construction paper.Special thank you from the kids at the R.C. School, next time stop by they said. The supplies you brought was what they needed for their arts and crafts, for now they will share the supplies between classrooms.
We are hoping we might have more people with light suitcases coming soon. The R.C. School is still desperate for supplies for the kids,call or e-mail if I can help.
